FAQ.

  • How quick will my care start?
    We will come and visit you and your family at your home, to carry out a risk assessment and agree your care requirements. With your consent and input we will develop a care plan that suits your needs. The care staff will then start to assist as planned at this meeting.
  • How do I ensure that staff are trustworthy?
    We have a very stringent recruitment policy, all staff are interviewed face to face, reference checked, criminal checked (DBS). In addition our staff are supervised at our service users house, we also frequently carry out random spot checks.
  • What is the minimum time you offer?
    In order to provide a person centered service, our minimum visit time is 30-minutes.
  • What if my carer is late to the visit?
    We request that you allow +/- 15 minutes on your schedule time due to various unavoidable factors and then call the office if they have not turned up.
  • Will I get a regular care staff each visit?
    We aim to provide our service users with regular carers at all times, however due to holidays, sickness and other unforseen circumstances this can occasionally change.
